In relation to the execution of an agreement for public performance of sound records and musical video records with a Society for Collective Management of Phonogram Producers’ Rights. Representation included direct negotiations with the representatives of the Society for Collective Management of Phonogram Producers’ Rights, as well as due diligence report of the documentation related to the rights of the producers, members of the Society.
In relation to the use of photographs and movie pictures in an advertisement campaign and participation in the negotiation of a settlement agreement with the copyright and neighbouring rights owners, as well as consultation in relation to the copyright to a drawing, including the drafting and negotiation of a reproduction agreement with the author of the drawing. |
