On the sale of the shares of the owner company of a pre-leased shopping mall in Varna and on the conclusion, re-negotiation and/or termination of lease agreements concluded by this company, dealing among others with a substantial number of lease contract re-negotiations, as well as lease contract enforcements vis-a-vis defaulting tenants of the shopping mall. Further, we advised Miller Developments on the sale of the shares of the sole-owned company operating the shopping mall.
