On the possibilities for structuring and administering a Green Investment Scheme in Bulgaria as means for implementing the Kyoto commitments. The Green Investment Scheme is intended to invest funds obtained through sale of assigned amount units into public and private sector sponsored projects that deliver emission reductions in Bulgaria and provides for connecting revenues from emissions trading to environmental activities in Bulgaria.
