Djingov, Gouginski, Kyutchukov & Velichkov acted as local counsel to IFCO SYSTEMS, the world’s leading provider of reusable packaging containers (RPCs) for fresh food products, in acquiring 100% of shares in BEPCO OÜ, a well-established reusable packaging pooling company based in Tallinn, Estonia.
The overall organization of the process and coordination of the teams in several different jurisdictions was handled TGS Baltic, while DGKV carried out a legal and tax due diligence of the Bulgarian BEPCO company, and assisted the client and TGS Baltic with various transaction-related matters, legal and tax matters, and negotiations related to Bulgaria.
