DGKV acted as counsel for OTP Bank Plc and DSK Bank AD in relation to the EUR 55,000,000 financing of Dorado 1 EOOD – the operator of the shopping center Mall of Sofia and the office towers Sofia Tower 1 and Sofia Tower 2.
As lead counsel to the financing banks DGKV was responsible for the structuring and negotiating the financing.
