Partner Promotion

DGKV has promoted the following lawyer to Partner:

Ivan Punev, a member of the firm’s Corporate Department, where he focuses on Taxation, and Employment & Mobility matters. Ivan joined DGKV as a trainee in 2012 and has progressed through all levels of the firm, including Associate, Senior Associate, and Counsel.

Counsel Promotion

DGKV has promoted the following lawyer to Counsel:

Tsvetelina Bayraktarova, whose practice focuses on Banking & Finance and Real Estate & Construction. In parallel with her legal practice, Tsvetelina serves as an Assistant Professor of Commercial Law and Commercial Transactions at Sofia University, reflecting her strong academic background.

Co-Management Appointment

DGKV has appointed Nikolai Gouginski as Co-Managing Partner of the firm, alongside Zdravka Ugrinova.

Nikolai currently heads the Competition & Antitrust practice and co-heads the Banking & Finance practice. He succeeds Stephan Kyutchukov, one of the firm’s founding partners, who has served as Co-Managing Partner since 2023.
