Nikolay is part of the DGKV’s General Corporate & M&A and Tax practice groups. He joined DGKV as an associate in 2025. His previous professional experience includes working in the indirect taxes practice group in a big consultancy firm in Bulgaria. Nikolay has also worked as a legal trainee in numerous Bulgarian law firms and has participated in several work-shadowing and networking events in the past organised by law firms based in the UK and Germany.
Nikolay has obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in Law with German law from the University of Leeds back in 2021 and soon afterwards acquired his Master’s Degree in Commercial and Corporate Law from Queen Mary University of London in 2022.
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:
- Worked on the incorporation of a limited liability company, а Bulgarian subsidiary of a big global company.
- Worked on the execution of a contribution in-kind into the capital of a limited liability company.
