DGKV is proud and deeply honored to be recognized as one of the 22 founding members of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria (AmCham). This recognition marks a celebration of three decades of collaboration, shared values, and a mutual commitment to supporting a strong and dynamic business environment in Bulgaria.

At the special anniversary event held on June 5th at the National History Museum in Sofia, our partner,  Mr. Nikolai Gouginski, had the privilege of accepting a commemorative plaque on behalf of the firm. This distinction symbolizes DGKV’s enduring support for AmCham’s mission and active involvement in its community over the past 30 years.

Throughout this period, DGKV has played a consistent role in the Chamber’s development and initiatives. Our team has contributed legal expertise — including pro bono support — to strengthen AmCham’s institutional growth and policy advocacy. A key contributor has been our partner,  Mr. Omourtag Petkov, who has served for many years as a member of AmCham’s Management Board and as Chair of the Legal Committee. Another notable contributor is our partner, Mr. Anton Krustev, who is the Founder and the Chair of the Amcham’s Procurement and EU Funds Working Group under the Rule of Law and Legislative Reform Committee.

We are grateful for the opportunity to support such a meaningful cause and remain committed to AmCham’s continued success.
