Preslava Petrova is an Associate at DGKV, working primarily in the firm’s Real Estate, M&A and General Corporate practices. She joined DGKV as an Associate in 2025. Preslava is engaged in drafting real estate, corporate, and investment-related contracts, handling M&A, real estate and VC transactions, and advising on corporate governance matters, real estate regulations and commercial leasing.
Recent representative projects include:
- Advised a rapidly growing global platform in the HRTech sector on the acquisition of a majority stake by a leading foreign investment fund;
- Advised a real estate company in connection with a residential development project, including matters related to the shareholding of investors in the company following the completion date and in connection with the implementation of the project;
- Advised a U.S. company on the execution of a commercial lease agreement by its Bulgarian subsidiary.
