• Serving as EBRD's special counsel in Bulgaria in a series of purchases of carbon credits arising from projects financed or to be financed by the bank as part of its investment activities. 
• Advising the Japan Carbon Fund on the JI Project under the Kyoto Protocol. 
• Advising Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International on its trading of CO₂ emission allowances. 
• Advising Mitsui & Co. on its purchase of assigned amount units from The Republic of Bulgaria. 
• Advising GE Commercial Finance on the environmental aspects of its commencement of a new construction project in Bulgaria.
• Advising Vitol on emissions trading with EUAs, including contract drafting. 
• Advising World Bank on the possibilities for structuring and administering a Green Investment Scheme in Bulgaria as a means to implement Kyoto Protocol commitments. 
• Advising Devnya Cement (a part of Italcementi Group) in relation to integrated permit and BAT.
• Advising Chevron on environmental considerations related to its shale-gas-exploration project in Bulgaria.
• Advising Intersnack on the consequences of environmental damage and its settlement.
• Advising Hewlett Packard on legal restrictions on the use of certain hazardous substances in electrical and electronic equipment under Directive 2011/65/EU and implementing legislation.
• Advising Palfinger on its acquisition of two industrial sites, including land and buildings, from privatized state-owned companies.
• Advising a Penta Ocean/Mitsubishi joint venture on the Port Bourgas expansion project.
• Advising Unieco on matters related to a waste processing plant.
• Advising Voestalpine on its application for authorization to construct and put-into-operation an integrated steel plant.
• Advising Vulkan Cement (part of the Italcementi Group) on potential liability for environmental damage.
